Offer | £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
We are recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established regional law firm with a strong local presence and loyal client base. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive property team handling a varied caseload of quality residential matters.
The role offers autonomy, stability and the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise whilst delivering a high level of client service within a collaborative team environment.
Typical duties would include:
* Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload including sales and purchases from instruction through to completion.
* Handling both freehold and leasehold transactions.
* Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process and providing clear, practical guidance.
* Preparing and reviewing legal documentation and managing file compliance procedures.
* Billing matters and ensuring funds are received in accordance with firm procedures.
* Supporting and assisting with supervisory responsibilities where required.
The successful candidate:
* Has 2+ years’ experience managing residential conveyancing matters.
* Is confident handling files with minimal supervision.
* Possesses strong technical conveyancing knowledge across freehold and leasehold transactions.
* Demonstrates excellent client care and communication skills.
* Is highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Is motivated, proactive and enjoys building long-term client relationships.
