Struggling with anxiety, ADHD, or trying to find a therapist who understands LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent experiences from the inside? I am Gabriel (he/they), a queer and neurodivergent counsellor offering a warm, affirming online space to explore these challenges.
My approach is person-centred, grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. I focus on creating a safe, shame-free space for exploring identity, relationships, and feelings. My background in creative fields informs our work, helping us to understand the importance of authentic self-expression and navigate creative or personal blockages.
Drawing from my own lived experience, I am committed to an anti-racist, anti-oppressive practice where you can be your whole self without judgment.
