Over the last few years they have become one of the fastest growing insurance brokers in the UK, offering competitive premiums and award-winning customer service. They have an opportunity for a commercial Account Handler to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
This role consists of providing a quality service to clients in respect of commercial renewals and new business insurance arrangements – advising, arranging and securing appropriate cover based on the clients demands and needs. In addition, the role requires a range of administrative/customer service duties to facilitate the client’s mid-term insurance needs.
* Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and customer service;
* Ascertain customers’ needs and wants then recommend products that match customer needs;
* To develop new business opportunities through effective client relationship management;
* Preparing and sending broking submissions;
* Operate in a compliant way, in accordance with FCA guidelines;
* Apply Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles throughout the sales process;
