Our shops play a vital role in raising essential funds for our Charity. We are currently looking for Shop Managers who are interested in ad-hoc shifts to join our bank services, covering vacant shifts across our charity shops in Cambridgeshire.
Each shop is a unique community hub, with our dedicated staff and volunteers managing donations, maintaining the shop environment, and ensuring products are ready for sale.
In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the shop to promote and enhance the charity's image. Responsibilities include ensuring the security of the premises, managing stock, and coordinating opening and closing procedures.
To succeed, you should have a good general education, excellent communication skills, and previous retail experience with leadership or management responsibilities.
Please note that the salary is based on full-time hours and will be pro-rata for part-time roles. As a charity with limited funds, new starters typically begin at the minimum of the salary band. Exceptional candidates demonstrating significant relevant strengths may be considered for negotiation.
We are a Disability Confident employer and welcome applications from candidates with disabilities. If you need support with your application, please contact our HR team at careers@arhc.org.uk.
