Engineering Director
Contract: 6–8 month (Day rate: £600–£1000 + expenses (Within IR35)). Location: Devon or Bristol (travel to Devon 3 days per week). Working days: Monday–Friday.
Are you an Engineering Director with prior experience delivering MoD Projects looking for an immediately available 6‑8 month contract role for a market leading defence company?
This well‑known, successful company is a market leader in that specialist industry. Due to unprecedented growth, they are now looking for an Engineering Director to join them for at least 6 months, with the potential for a permanent opening.
The Role
Lead an engineering function of around 200 employees.
Execute and deliver multiple defence/MoD projects ranging from several million to £100m+.
Travel to a site in Devon for approximately 3 days per week.
The Person
Engineering Director with proven experience delivering MoD projects.
Experienced in managing teams of approximately 200 people.
Immediately available for a day‑based contract with the potential to become permanent.
Hybrid working available.
