Position: Sports Coach – Primary Schools
Location: Oldham
Cover People are looking for enthusiastic and caring Sports Coaches with experience working with children, ideally aged 4 to 11 years, to join our team supporting local primary schools across Salford.
Whether you hold a relevant degree (such as BSc or MSc in Sports Science/PE) or have coaching qualifications and hands-on experience with children, we’d love to hear from you. A strong passion for inspiring and supporting young children in both their physical development and emotional wellbeing is essential.
This rewarding role involves delivering and assisting with PE lessons and activities across the school day, as well as offering one to one or small group support for children who may need additional help with focus, confidence, or behaviour. Schools are looking for engaging,patient and relatable individuals who can build positive relationships with younger pupils.

Requirements:
* A degree in sports, PE, or related field or coaching badges/qualifications
* Recent experience working with or coaching primary aged children
* A positive, enthusiastic, and nurturing approach
* Strong communication skills and confidence managing groups
* Passion for creating fun, safe, and inclusive environments for children to thrive
