The Role:
Join our diverse Provider and Carer Payments Team within our Adults’ Health and Care and Children’s Services directorates, and develop a career in administration and finance, whilst making a real difference to the lives of Hampshire residents. What you'll do:
1. Accurately resolve complex financial queries and ensure care payments are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
2. Deal with a high volume of queries via our email inbox, authorise payments, and reconcile accounts.
3. Help improve our current processes and policies.
4. Build supportive and collaborative internal and external working relationships with customers and colleagues.
