What We're Looking For: At least 2 years' experience in a customer service/facing role Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) Familiarity with Service Management Systems such as Oracle or Service Max are highly advantageous What Else You Need to Know: This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
