Responsibilities
As an Accounts Payable Clerk you will be responsible for...
1. Processing high-volumes of invoices in a timely manner
2. Assist in preparing weekly and monthly payment runs
3. Match purchase orders, delivery and invoices
4. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
5. Support month-end processes including accruals and reporting
Requirements
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will need...
6. Previous experience in a finance role
7. Ability to work to tight deadlines in a team environment
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
9. Working knowledge of accountancy software, preferably Xero
10. Ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email
