The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 per year (Based on experience)
* Hours: Monday to Friday (True work-life balance)
* Overtime: Paid Saturday rota with the Race Team
* The Goods: 28 days holiday, specialist high-performance training, and a low-pressure, precision-focused environment.
* Stability: Long-term career progression in a respected Chatham depot near Rochester and Gillingham.
What You Will Be Doing
* Supercar Surgery: Full diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on Ferrari, Porsche, and Aston Martin.
* Track Prep: Getting race-prepared vehicles ready to scream around the circuit.
* Classic Restorations: Bringing £100k+ automotive icons back to life.
* Precision Work: This is not a "churn them out" garage. We value quality craftsmanship over speed.

* You are a qualified Vehicle Technician / Mechanic (Level 3 or equivalent experience).
* You have a "diagnostic brain" and can handle complex mechanical and electrical issues.
* You are based in or near Chatham, Rochester, Gillingham, or Maidstone.
