Machine Operator
AA Labels, based in Peterborough, UK, is seeking talented individuals for the role of Machine Operator. With 17 years of experience, the company is a leading supplier of labels in the UK and is experiencing strong growth.
This role requires high attention to detail and the ability to set up and operate semi-automatic label production machinery. Machines are not fully automated, so candidates must be proactive, adaptable, and capable of understanding specific machine and order requirements. This position is not suitable for candidates seeking line operating roles.
Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team. Main duties include operating machinery and secondary dispatch responsibilities.

Working Hours
Full-time: 40 hours, Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 6 PM. Specific hours will be agreed upon before starting.
Part-time: Hours to be discussed based on business needs.
Saturday overtime may be required.
Responsibilities
* Operate print machinery for labels on sheets, rolls, and cartons.
* Manage materials and supplies from stock.
* Follow production procedures, quality checks, and customer standards.
* Ensure product quality and proper packaging.
* Cover for colleagues and perform warehouse duties.
* Meet productivity targets and plan daily activities.
* Participate in training sessions.
