Teaching Personnel is working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Blackpool area, who are looking to appoint aYear 3 Teaching Assistantfor the new academic year.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils as they transition into Key Stage 2. You’ll be working alongside a supportive class teacher, helping to deliver engaging lessons, manage classroom routines, and provide 1:1 or small group support where needed.
* Supporting Year 3 pupils with their learning in class
* Helping with literacy, numeracy, and topic-based activities
* Providing additional support to children with SEN or learning needs
* Assisting with classroom behaviour and daily routines
* Preparing resources and contributing to a positive learning environment
* Experience working with primary-aged children, ideally in KS2
* A calm, caring and proactive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A relevant TA qualification (Level 2 or 3) is desirable but not essential
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
