Pay Rate: £90 – £130 per day

GSL Education is recruiting dedicated Learning Support Assistants for secondary schools in Wickford. If you have a passion for inclusion and helping learners overcome challenges, this role could be your next rewarding step.
Your Contribution Will Include:
• Supporting students with SEN, SEMH, or learning gaps
• Working closely with class teachers to deliver effective interventions
• Encouraging independence and confidence in students
• Assisting with behaviour management in line with school policies
• Keeping accurate notes and observations for progress tracking
You Will Need:
• Experience in education or care-related roles
• A supportive, consistent, and proactive approach
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education)
