We are seeking a Program Manager to lead the development of a robust vendor growth mechanism by leveraging consultants and tooling support within the JP AVS organization.

Amazon.co.jp is looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and strategic Program Manager with a successful history of cross-functional collaboration to support our expanding community of vendor partners, helping them improve their offerings on Amazon and grow their businesses. In this role, you will be part of an entrepreneurial team, defining change management strategies and working across teams and with external vendors to monitor key performance metrics and financial outcomes. To succeed, the senior program manager must possess a blend of strategic, analytical, and operational skills, along with strong leadership and project management abilities.
Your key responsibilities include:
1. Develop strategies for effective change management across multiple stakeholder groups.
2. Coordinate with various teams to implement changes and deliver high-quality outcomes.
3. Manage key performance metrics for programs and drive continuous improvement.
4. Oversee the financial aspects of programs, including revenue, costs, and profit contributions.
5. Conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders.
6. Create scalable mechanisms to expand business solutions leveraging Amazon teams.
7. Innovate continuously to enhance customer and vendor experiences and improve internal processes.

Basic qualifications:
* 5+ years of stakeholder management and cross-functional project experience.
* Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive improvements.
* Experience in owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and reporting results to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of program or project management experience.
* Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, HR, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related fields.
