Overview
We have an exciting opportunity within our Workforce Systems Team for a full‑time, permanent Workforce Information Analyst. The role is part of the People Services Strategy and requires a solid understanding of national NHS reporting requirements, data standards, and information flows.
Responsibility
* Support the delivery of the People Services Strategy and ensure data quality within the Trust’s People Services systems.
* Deliver day‑to‑day statutory and ad‑hoc reporting, maintaining compliance with governance standards.
* Produce workforce intelligence from locally held systems and deliver concise reports that support stakeholder requirements for service delivery, improvement, business planning and commissioning.
* Provide first‑line support to staff across Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust for workforce management information.
* Input and process information in accordance with national and local policy and procedures, responding to enquiries from customers and data providers.
Qualifications
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Education to HNC/HND in a subject with substantial numerate content or equivalent level of acquired knowledge.
* Knowledge of NHS systems, including ESRBI, is desirable.
* Strong technical, analytical, communication and organisational skills with a flair for improvement.
* Ability to work flexibly under pressure and manage conflicting deadlines.
