Newly Qualified Accountant/ Senior Accounts Manager - Belfast

Job Duties of the Newly Qualified Accountant/ Senior Accounts Manager include:
* Manage a portfolio for a a large range of small clients
* Deliver bundled services to audit-exempt clients, including accounts preparation, VAT returns, and tax return support (tax returns reviewed by the tax team)
* Handle client bookkeeping queries and provide training on Xero
* Liaise with internal teams, including payroll and tax, to ensure a seamless service
* Communicate directly with clients, providing clear, practical advice tailored to their business needs
* Review work prepared by junior staff and provide mentoring and technical support
* Oversee the delivery of high-quality service across your portfolio within a wider team supporting OMB clients
What you need to be the Successful Newly Qualified Accountant/ Senior Accounts Manager:
* ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Newly Qualified or up to Senior Manager Level
* Strong background in providing compliance accounts and tax services for small companies
* Solid understanding of how a finance function operates within a business
* Confident using accounting systems, CRMs, and finance-related software, with experience developing reports
* Proven track record of working effectively within a team environment
* Demonstrated ability to engage with and manage client relationships successfully
