About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a friendly and dynamic school in Windsor. This is a full-time teaching role working with Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 pupils, delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that inspire a love of learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
* Foster a positive, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress and development.
* Differentiate teaching to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
* Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
* Maintain classroom discipline and promote good behavior.
* Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
Person Specification:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching primary-aged children (preferably in Key Stage 1 or 2).
* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
