Are you an experienced financial services professional looking to step into a high-impact Paraplanner role? My client, a growing and forward-thinking financial planning firm, is looking for a Paraplanner to provide technical support and compliance guidance to their adviser team.
This is a fully remote role, offering £35,000 per year, and is ideal for someone who is Level 4 qualified or close to completing their Diploma in Financial Planning.
What You’ll Do
* Prepare and review client files across pensions, investments, mortgages, and protection
* Provide technical support to advisers, ensuring advice is compliant and suitable
* Conduct file checks and audits, identifying risks and recommending remedial actions
* Assist in producing suitability reports and documentation for clients
* Support the compliance team with regulatory processes, marketing checks, and adviser queries
* Play a key role in improving processes and ensuring quality standards across the business
Who We’re Looking For
* Experience in an IFA or financial planning environment
* Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and financial planning products
* Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or near completion
* Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and organisational ability
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
