* To support the Manager and in a deputising role.

DUTIES may include the following tasks
* Providing high quality care to clients including those with complex needs
* Assisting with new client assessments
* Assisting with compiling and reviewing client care plans
* Participating in the on call rota, responding to urgent out of hours calls.
* Assisting with recruitment, interviewing and selection of care staff
* Assisting with induction and training of new recruits
* Assisting with monitoring and supporting a team of carers
* Promoting and maintaining CQC compliance and Social Services contractual requirements.
* Assisting with production of weekly rotas and coordinating care using Carefree software system
* Providing administrative support in the office if required
