Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 + Car Allowance and Bonus

Having doubled their business in the last 2 years, they are set to continue growing. With over 20 years of experience, they are in a very strong position, and we are looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to join their team in Leeds.
All about you:
* You will be a passionate people person with extensive experience in Property Maintenance / Construction Services, particularly Kitchen and Bathroom installation.
* You take pride in your work and strive to exceed client and colleague expectations.
* Your skills include effective labour management, excellent planning, strong H&S knowledge, and operational delivery expertise.
All About the role:
* Ensure a safe working environment for all contracts within the branch.
* Work with the Contracts Manager to establish and implement mobilisation plans for new projects.
* Assist Contracts Managers in developing project-specific programmes and establish a master resource programme for the branch.
* Ensure the availability of the correct resources to enable the contracts team to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
* Monitor labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials to ensure projects meet standards and client expectations.
* Manage and motivate Contracts Managers, supervisors, foremen, site staff, and subcontractors.
* Ensure customer promises are fulfilled and relationships are developed.
* Promote the values of the group at every opportunity.
Ideally, candidates will have related Building / Construction qualifications, SMSTS / CSCS Cards, and the ability to live and work unrestricted in the UK.
