£35,000 - £45,000 plus bonus
WEL Group are looking to add an experienced permanenet recruiter to head up and grow our permanent division. This would be a full 360 role, you would be expected to lead from the front by winning business, billing and developing a team of high performing consultants.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of running a succesful 360 desk - possibly working across multiple sectors, have the ability to win their own clients whilst growing the current spend with existing clients and have the ambition to grow their career whilst developing others.
WEL Group has huge plans to grow our current team whilst also expanding into new markets and locations over the next few years, with a clear pathway to becoming a Director for the succesful candidate.
