The Role of a Cover Supervisor As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher Supervise students across all subjects and year groups (KS3 & KS4) Ensure students remain on task and complete work set Manage classroom behaviour effectively and consistently Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress and conduct Uphold the school’s policies and procedures at all times This role does not require lesson planning or marking, making it ideal for aspiring teachers wanting hands-on classroom experience.
