Primary Responsibilities:
* Technologies: Experience with Azure, 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Networking, Cybersecurity
* Resolving Incidents: Resolve technical problems escalated from 2nd line support.
* Project Rollouts: Implement projects such as complete 365 deployments.
* Maintain Systems: Perform regular updates, troubleshoot network issues, and apply patches.
* User Support: Assist staff with hardware, software, or internet problems.
* Team Collaboration: Support the wider 3rd line team and assist with complex technical issues or projects.
* Documentation: Log issues, solutions, and system changes accurately.
