- £60,000neg Benefits: Company Car & comprehensive benefits package The role of the QS / Commercial Manager Flooring will involve: QS / Commercial Manager role overseeing multiple commercial flooring projects across offices, hospitality, and education sectors Carrying out site visits and client meetings to build long-term relationships, covering projects nationally from the Manchester office Manage commercial flooring projects from tender through to completion, delivering on time, within scope, and to specification.
Carry out site surveys, prepare accurate quotations, and oversee tender submissions.
Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines Provide progress reports, forecasts, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
