We're Hiring: Assistant Manager
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager who believes that excellent customer service is key, supports the team, and takes real responsibility in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
* Be present on the floor, supporting and motivating the team
* Take responsibility for day-to-day operations when required
* Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism
* Assist with staff supervision, stock control, and opening/closing duties
What We're Looking For:
* Strong customer service skills (essential)
* A team player who leads by example
* Responsible, reliable, and organised
* Previous experience in hospitality or a supervisory role preferred
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Pay: From £34,995.00 per year
