Bespak are looking for a Warehouse Operative for the Kings Lynn site, PE30 2JJ. The salary range for this permanent, onsite role is between £30k and £33k. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for managing all inbound and outbound goods, ensuring timely and accurate processing of deliveries and shipments. You will handle materials and finished products, maintaining a safe and secure warehouse environment both on and offsite. Your duties include using SAP to process stock deliveries, stock movements and updating goods being dispatched. You'll be responsible for fulfilling customer orders, preparing shipments with the correct paperwork by sea, road, and air, adhering to all regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will also support stocktaking, maintain good housekeeping and manage the transfer of products and equipment within the business. As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include: * Safely process inbound and outbound goods using SAP system. * Fulfill customer orders and prepare them for dispatch. * Complete regular stock checks and support stock taking. * Ensure all orders are dispatched on time. * Maintain a safe and secure warehouse environment always. * Coordinate schedules for shipping and receiving goods safely. Warehouse Operative, beneficial key skills, and experience: * Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook. * Experience picking, packing, and dispatching finished goods. * Experience with goods receipt and stock management processes. * Forklift license or the experience which allows you to pass the test. * Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
