Job Description
The Senior Real Estate Solicitor will:
* Lead and develop the Commercial Property team in Ilkley
* Advise public and private sector clients on development and investment projects
* Take an active approach to business development and client relationship management
* Collaborate closely with the Head of the office to drive the firm's growth in the region
* Manage and mentor junior lawyers, fostering a collaborative team environment
The Successful Applicant
The Senior Real Estate Solicitor should have / be;
* At least 5 years' plus PQE in commercial real estate law
* Experience in advising on development and investment projects
* Strong business development skills and a proactive approach to client relationships
* Experience in managing and mentoring junior lawyers
* A network of contacts within the commercial property sector is advantageous
* Strong academics
