Our client is currently recruiting for a dedicated HGV Technician to join their thriving team at their Wigan site.
This role offers flexibility with day and night shifts available to fit your lifestyle, working between 38.5 and 40 hours per week.

Duties:
11. Conduct servicing and repairs on HGV vehicles to high-quality industry standards
12. Accurately diagnose and resolve mechanical and technical faults
13. Work efficiently both independently and as part of a professional team
14. Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations
15. Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and service history
16. Assist with routine vehicle maintenance to minimise downtime
17. Participate in ongoing training to develop technical skills and knowledge
18. Support workshop operations to achieve productivity targets
Individual specifications:
19. Experience as a qualified HGV Technician is essential
20. Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Maintenance qualification or equivalent
21. Irtec licence is highly desirable
22. HGV licence would be advantageous but not mandatory
23. Ability to accurately diagnose faults and troubleshoot complex issues
24. Strong team player with a proactive approach
25. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work
