What's involved?
* Supporting the Chef de Partie and senior chefs with daily kitchen operations
* Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
* Maintaining organisation and cleanliness within your section
* Assisting during busy service periods
* Ensuring consistency and attention to detail in all aspects of your work
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a professional kitchen (Commis or Demi Chef level)
* Passion for high-quality, fresh food
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
