Reporting into the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the role will support day-to-day transactional finance activities, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant processing across supplier invoices and employee expenses.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and post supplier invoices accurately and in line with company policy
* Review, audit and process employee expense claims
* Ensure compliance with VAT and tax regulations
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries
* Respond to internal and external finance queries
* Maintain supplier and employee records within the finance system
* Post journals and support adhoc finance administration as required
About You
* Previous experience in an Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger role
* Comfortable working in a team-based finance environment
* Confident communicator with internal stakeholders and suppliers
