We’re now looking for a Property Services Coordinator to join our team on a fixed term basis up until 31 st Mach 2027. This role offers part-time hours (25.00 per week), and agile working arrangements. About the role You will support Property Services managers, surveyors, technical officers and team leaders in the back-office functions of repairs delivery, monitoring performance, managing complaints and reporting on trends across key performance indicators. Together, you will ensure that all aspects of work are delivered to high levels of customer satisfaction, on time and within agreed budgets challenging and supporting contractors to deliver an excellent service. Main duties Manage the central inboxes, receiving and responding to queries from customer, colleagues, local authorities and contractors Proactively communicating with customers, contractors and delivery teams Assess requests for variations, follow on works and time extension from contractors Carry out general clerical/administrative tasks as required What We Are Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have: Strong administrative skills Demonstrate a commitment to putting the customer first and the ability to deliver a consistently high-quality service Ability to work under pressure in line with set KPIs Ability to work on own initiative and within a team Why Progress?
