Senior Administrator
Salary - circa £45,000 negotiable + Bonus and Benefits
Location – Hybrid working pattern in Knightsbridge
Hours - Full time
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly professional Senior Administrator to join a St. James’s Place Partner Practice based in London.
Through a carefully structured process, you will be supporting clients to create strategies to realise the short and long term financial goals and objectives they want to achieve throughout their lifetime, like saving for retirement, buying a home, paying for education or growing wealth.
The Role: Senior Administrator
You will have overall responsibility for managing the work generated by one Advisor and providing ongoing top-level support, which will include some Technical Administration.
The role is varied and interesting, as you will be providing a high level of administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to clients including:
* Managing the Partners diary, client meetings, client reviews and the processing of all business through the Practice.
* Being first point of contact for clients and third parties dealing with both general and technical enquiries
* Setting up clients' annual reviews and producing and collating key data, preparing relevant Illustrations, projections and valuations, including any compliance documentation
* Responsibility for managing Salesforce and keeping all client details up to date
* Submitting and progressing post review actions such as fund switches, withdrawals, drawdowns, and changes to contribution portfolios
* Tracking the Business Pipeline, providing regular updates to the Partner and Clients, always ensuring seamless communication
The Person: Senior Administrator
To be the ideal candidate for this role you will need:
* Senior administration experience within a St. James’s Place Partner Practice and good all-round knowledge which you are looking to expand and develop.
* An understanding of Investments, Pensions, and other financial planning products
* Experience of producing high quality client correspondence including review letters and draft suitability Reports
* Experience of managing workflow, systems and procedures
* Experience of Salesforce client management system
* Experience of managing client accounts with a natural flair for building rapport and effective working relationships
* Experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Professionalism and confidence in dealing with people, working with total discretion at all time
