Work Pattern
Hybrid 2 days after 3 months probation
Your new role
You'll be joining the Sales team as an account manager, supporting the business through office based sales calls and business development consultancy. Duties include:
Develop and maintain client relationships to expand your sales plan across FM, catering, hospitality and education sectors.
Examine your market to maintain a strong presence and target key client bases.
Keep close contact with key stakeholders to generate a strong customer base.
Achieve targets set out by the team relative to your level.
Be a key team member supporting and collaborating with the wider sales team.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven sales experience working to targets and KPIs. This can be in telesales, in-person sales, business development etc. and isn't industry specific.
Confidence on the phone when calling clients and excellent communication skills.
Resilience and ambition for growth.
A team player mentality
Full drivers' licence is preferable (upon promotion there are company car benefits and on site visit requirements)
