As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to support our operations and commercial teams from our Neston office.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
* Prepare and issue handover documents, PODs, and delivery notes
* Upload drawings, RAMS, works reports, and complete PQQ submissions
* Maintain accreditations, Non-Conformance Register, and training matrix
* Support reporting, P&L queries, and update operations systems
* Manage PPE, office stock, engineer workwear, and equipment hire
* Raise purchase orders and chase suppliers as needed
* Produce H&S minutes, customer satisfaction reports, and evaluation spreadsheets
* Keep digital and physical records organised
* Assist with general administrative tasks as required
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator (phone and email)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
* Experience using CRM software
* Experience in construction, engineering, or safety sectors
* Knowledge of compliance documentation and accreditation processes
