Implementation Specialist (Remote - UK) £35,000 - £45,000 DOE bonus | SaaS | No-code Platform | Workflow & Document Automation We're working with a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS company that's transforming how organisations manage documents, workflows, and business-critical information. With strong backing, profitable growth, and a global client base, they're now looking for an Implementation Specialist to support their expanding UK Services team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in customer-facing roles, technical support, digital transformation, or internal systems - who's ready to step into a delivery-focused position where you'll be hands-on with real client projects. The role is fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in Northern Ireland, but open to applicants across the UK. What You'll Be Doing This is a role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with clients, and getting into the nuts and bolts of how teams operate. You'll be helping new customers get up and running with the platform, configuring it to their needs using simple tools (no coding involved), and supporting their journey from day one. Work directly with clients to understand their business processes and use cases Configure workflows, templates, permissions, and metadata structures via the platform's UI Help tailor onboarding to each customer, ensuring they get value fast Provide support and best-practice advice throughout the implementation phase Collaborate with senior consultants and other teams (e.g. Sales, Support, Success) to deliver smooth handovers and strong project outcomes Get stuck into internal projects that improve how the wider delivery team operates What We're Looking For We don't expect you to know everything. You'll be supported and trained - but you need to bring curiosity, a process mindset, and the confidence to talk to customers. ? 2-4 years of experience in a similar client-facing role ? Comfortable using tools like Excel, databases, or CRM systems ? A natural problem solver who can break down how things work and spot ways to improve them ? Clear communicator - able to talk with both technical and non-technical stakeholders ?
