About the role

The role will involve:
* Leading and developing the Music department
* Teaching Music across KS3 and KS4

* Organising concerts, performances, and school productions
* Supporting extracurricular music opportunities such as choirs and ensembles
* Monitoring student progress and maintaining strong academic outcomes

The ideal candidate
* Qualified Teacher with QTS or equivalent
* Strong subject knowledge in Music
* Experience teaching Music across KS3 and KS4
* Leadership experience or readiness to lead a department
