Position: SEN TA
Location: Truro, Cornwall
Contract: Full- Time (with the opportunity to go permanent)
Salary: £89.38 – £110 per day Based on experience
Available: After Christmas / January start 2026
About The Role
Teaching Personnel have a very promising opportunity for a passionate individual within a school based in the heart of Cornwall. Are you looking to support and inspire children with a love for education? Teaching Personnel is recruiting for a supportive team player who can work closely with staff and students.
What will your role consist of?
* Creating a motivating and uplifting classroom environment that encourages growth and passion
* Providing both group and one to one support with students
* Working with teachers to give the best possible support
* Applying and improving subject knowledge during your time in the classroom
* This role will be working with pupils with Autism, having experience with this is desirable
What we are looking for
* Experience in a classroom setting, HealthCare, personal SEND experience or youth work
* Previous experience in the classroom/supporting students is preferred
* Passion for delivering inspiring support that develops with students and teachers alike
* Strong classroom collaboration skills and the ability to motivate students
* A proactive, reliable team player ready for a full-time start after Christmas.
