Invicta Motors participates mainly in the volume segment and primarily embraces new entrants to the industry and Motorparks is a used mobility provider that’s main purpose is to drive towards net zero emissions on every vehicle it provides.
We are looking for a forward thinking and driven individual to join the company as HR Advisor, based out of our Maidstone location. This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday), at 37.5 hours per week. The role will involve some travel to other locations across the business, to support managers with employment issues, where required.

Becoming a HR Advisor for Cambria…
The HR Advisor will have access and support to undertake their Level 5 or 7 CIPD qualification as an apprenticeship programme if they wish to further develop their knowledge and skills.

You are confident, organised and display a brilliant level of attention to detail. Working diligently and demonstrating an ability to multi-task and prioritise your own workload.
You are an individual who is confident and passionate about delivering quality and are customer focused.
You are confident to work and communicate with, various individuals in the business including Board Directors. Demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Ideally you have a CIPD qualification.
You must have at least 2 years’ experience in a solid Employment Relations Advisory position, with demonstrable exposure to a variety of cases.
You are confident in the use of Microsoft, including Word and Excel.
There is a requirement to hold a Full UK driving licence.
What does a normal day look like?
A normal day is always different from both yesterday and tomorrow!
It is a role of variety, autonomy, and diversity, but will as standard include:
* Provide HR support to associates and managers on HR matters policies and processes.
* Advise and coach managers on the application and interpretation of company HR procedures, ensure adherence with employment legislation and ensure consistency and fairness.
* Support the management of employee cases relating to disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence. This includes providing advice to managers on policy/procedures and legislation, support managers with Occupational Health, supporting formal investigations and hearings.
* Support the business and managers to develop and deliver solutions for organisation planning and management, including organisation design, restructuring, and identifying future talent requirements.
* Undertake TUPE consultation, as requested and support the Group HR Director with due diligence where required.
* Provide accurate and timely data to the managers to successfully deliver HR processes and through a variety of mechanisms to support employee engagement.
* Play an active role in HR projects as appropriate, to ensure HR objectives are met.
* Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of HR data for business areas, fully utilising the HR systems to enable measurement and analysis.
* Extract and analyse management information to inform and shape business priorities and decision-making highlighting potential trends, i.e., exit interviews.
* Build partnerships with the management team through proactive communication to push the HR and People strategy and deliver an effective support operation.
* Support the Group HR Director with delivering the People Strategy.
* Support the HR Administrator as may be required.
