With over 20 years of experience delivering successful projects across Europe and the UK, the practice currently comprises 25 team members and manages approximately 15 live projects at any one time.
The company has a clear expansion strategy in place, and the successful candidate will work alongside the directors to implement and drive this growth.
Role Description
This is a full-time role (remote and office-based) for a Business Development Specialist focused on generating strategic business growth.
This is not a sales role. It is centred on building and nurturing relationships within an exclusive market — strengthening existing connections and, importantly, uncovering new introductions within the HNWI sector.
The position is highly visible and integral to the company’s long-term success, with genuine progression opportunities and, over time, potential equity participation for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Identifying and engaging professionals operating within the HNWI marketplace, including estate agents, private offices, private banks and related sectors
* Building meaningful, long-term relationships through proactive outreach
* Representing the brand confidently via phone and face-to-face interaction (this role is approximately 60% direct communication - no hiding behind emails)
* Supporting the directors in executing the company’s expansion strategy
Candidate Profile
* Strong understanding of the HNWI world and its nuances
* Exceptional communication skills of the highest calibre
* Highly organised and administratively proficient
* Driven, ambitious and commercially minded
* Positive, optimistic and proactive attitude (experience is helpful, but mindset is more important)
Salary
£20,000 – £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
