How you'll make an impact
Reporting to the Credit Control Supervisor, your responsibilities will include maximising cash collections through the effective application of the company's credit policy. In addition to investigating and resolving any queries and discrepancies within agreed timescales.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment of debt
2. Accountable for your allocated ledger
3. Manage the collections and resolution of debt and individual queries
4. Reducing aged debt profile
5. Reduction of debt over 90 days
6. Unallocated cash
7. Processing of credit card payments
8. Setting up customer payment plans in line with company policy
9. Taking payments over the telephone
10. Weekly and monthly reports
11. Allocating payments to relevant accounts
12. Reconciling customer accounts
13. Resolving invoice and delivery queries
14. Obtain proof of delivery and providing copy documents
