A client of ours in the Marks Tey area, Colchester, is recruiting a part-time Administrator to join their team.
This part-time job share position, is working Monday - Wednesday, 10:00am - 2:00pm, with the flexibility to provide holiday cover across Monday - Friday when required. The role is temporary-permanent, paying £12.21 per hour to start ASAP.
Your key duties in this Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
Preparing quotes and processing orders
Chasing suppliers and tracking deliveries
Ordering and managing stock supplies
Assisting with general admin tasks
Supporting packing operations when neededSkills and experience required to be considered for this role:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organisational and communication skills
Willingness to take on varied, hands-on tasks
