Volkswagen Van Centre Cardiff, part of the Sinclair Group, is looking for a confident, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team. Position: Service Advisor Van Centre Cardiff
Full time: 40 hours a week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am to 5:30pm
Saturday Rota: 1 every 3 weeks 8.30am to 12.30pm as overtime.
Position pays: £27,300 basic plus a monthly bonus
Bonus Schemes: OTE and bonus scheme which can be discussed further at interview

The Role:
Our Service Advisors play a vital part in delivering and sustaining an exceptional experience for every service and repair customer. You'll be the link between our workshop and our customers, ensuring communication is clear, accurate and always centred around trust and transparency.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
1. Creating and managing customer workshop bookings
2. Preparing for customer visits to ensure a smooth and professional experience
3. Communicating technical advice clearly, helping customers make informed decisions
4. Using digital tools confidently in a modern, paperless environment
5. Delivering on customer-first and modern-luxury principles
6. Maintaining exceptional accuracy in costing, job cards, invoicing and customer communication records
7. Working closely with technicians and the wider team to keep everything running efficiently
About you:

15. A full UK driving licence
Experience in the motor industry is desirable, but not essential - your mindset and approach matter most.
