An exciting opportunity for a full-time, experienced Property Maintenance Foreman to join our expanding team at Mawley Hall LLP Wiltshire, a privately owned rural estate near Marlborough in Wiltshire. This varied role will suit a proactive, skilled and motivated individual who has a minimum of 2 years' experience of working in a similar role.
You will be experienced and enthusiastic with a keen eye for detail, and a wide practical knowledge of internal and external maintenance and repairs.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
· To oversee and undertake various items of property maintenance, repairs and improvements to all estate buildings and infrastructure.
· To oversee the daily operation of the estate's key infrastructure, including but not limited to biomass, GSHP, generators and air conditioning condenser units, taking responsibility for ensuring its ongoing and effective operation, including conducting daily inspections and liaising with M+E service contractors and consultants.
· To provide out of hours support and reactive maintenance.
· To oversee all property maintenance vehicles, machinery and tools.
· To work to an incredibly high standard of finish, taking a proactive approach, using initiative and operate in a responsive, timely and organised manner.
· To have a flexible approach, the ability to multitask, work as part of a team and work well under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have:
· Proven property maintenance experience in a similar role.
· An awareness or past experience in the day-to-day operation of large or complex M+E / BMS systems.
· Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
· Experienced performing routine maintenance.
· Professional presentation and attitude working to the very highest standards.
· Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
· Strong time management skills.
· Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
· Professional qualifications desirable, full UK driving licence essential.
