What you’ll do * Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support * Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads * Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments * Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers * Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community Why join us This is more than a job – it’s a place where you feel valued. You have * Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting * Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support * The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach * Ability to travel between sites as required Stronger together We do our best work when we’re ourselves. The practical bits * We operate a rota across seven days per week, with the earliest start time being 9am, and the latest finish time being 7pm.
