About the role
As Headteacher, you’ll set the direction for the school and lead by example. You’ll build on our strengths, support our staff, and ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed and thrive.
We’re looking for someone who can:
1. Provide clear, confident leadership and bring people with them
2. Create a culture where high expectations are the norm
3. Champion excellent teaching and learning
4. Build strong relationships with students, staff, families, and the community
5. Keep safeguarding and student wellbeing at the heart of everything
About you
You will:
6. Hold Qualified Teacher Status and be committed to your own professional development
7. Have a proven track record of successful leadership in a school setting
8. Be an excellent communicator who listens as well as leads
9. Care deeply about making a difference to young people’s lives
