The Role
As our Graduate Videographer, you will play a key role in telling our story through engaging, high‑quality video content. The work positions Indevor as a standout brand, attracts new talent, and captures redefining moments of our growth journey.
Company‑Specific Responsibilities
* Create content for TikTok and other social platforms showcasing our culture and journey
* Produce training videos for the internal team
* Produce recruitment videos to attract people to join the business
* Film and edit content that captures our story, evolution, and key moments as we scale
* Document company events, milestones, and day‑to‑day activity to showcase life at Indevor
General Graduate Videographer Responsibilities
* Assist in planning, filming, and editing video content across multiple formats
* Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
* Collaborate with teams to understand project requirements and bring ideas to life
* Edit footage using industry‑standard software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve)
* Ensure brand consistency across all visual content
* Stay up to date with trends in video, TikTok, and digital storytelling
* Manage and organise media files, footage, and project assets
* Support creative projects from concept to final delivery
Key Qualities
* Creative, energetic, and passionate about video and storytelling
* Confident using social media, especially TikTok
* Strong communicator, able to bring ideas to life
* Organised and detail‑oriented
* Proactive attitude with willingness to experiment and learn
* Ambitious, driven, and excited by the fast‑paced business
* Desire to document a real‑time business journey
* Valid driving licence, willing to travel when required

Job Details
Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent
Pay: £24,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
Additional pay: Bonus scheme, commission, performance bonus
Schedule: 8‑hour shift, Monday–Friday, no weekends
Work Location: In person
