Accounts Assistant Permanent Wokingham, with parking £35,000 Our client, located in Wokingham, has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join their hugely successful and ever-growing organisation. This is a company that operates with clients worldwide and the role will therefore require someone to work with USD, EUR as well as GBP. It is important to note that although this role is 80% accounts-related work, there will be up to approx. 20% ad-hoc duties requiring completing too (please see below). It would, therefore, suit someone who is willing to offer that level of flexibility and have this kind of variety to their role. The role (80% of your time will be spent as follows): * Bank reconciliation – processing payments in and out of the bank accounts, including foreign banks USD and EUR, and reconciling the accounts * Accounts Receivable * Credit Card Statement processing – gathering receipts, coding, putting on the system * Sales invoicing/credit control * Timely – processing employee time, coding, and entering onto the Accounts system * Creating weekly and monthly summary reports on employee time for management * Helping inputting invoices when required Ad-hoc duties (Up to 20% of this role): * Booking travel for employees (flights, hotels, car hire etc.) * Helping with office management duties Experience required: * A minimum of 3 years Accounts experience – qualifications are NOT essential for this role * Strong attention to detail is an absolute must! * Good experience of completing time-consuming tasks * Strong and confident experience in Excel and Word * PowerPoint experience would be an advantage but by no means essential * Access Dimensions experience would be great, again, NOT essential Benefits: * 22 days holiday rising to 25 after the first full years’ service * Onsite parking * Pension * Salary Protection Insurance * 6 monthly company profile related bonus (not guaranteed) * Happy to support employees with studies (if interested) * Death in Service The Recruiters Room is always hugely passionate about recruiting for this organisation as it offers a lovely working environment where they truly do look after their workforce!
