We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Temperature Control Solutions team, focusing on our innovative inflatable structures. This is a sales-driven role where you’ll be responsible for growing revenue, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring our solutions deliver real value.
 * Generating new business and win hire orders within your area
 * Visiting customers and prospects to uncover opportunities
 * Delivering quotations and proposals to match client needs
 * Driving order conversion through strong pipeline management
 * Building lasting relationships with key accounts
About You
You’ll thrive in a sales environment and be motivated by hitting targets and growing your patch. With a people-first approach, you know how to listen to customers, spot opportunities, and turn interest into long-term business.
 * Previous experience in a sales-driven environment
 * Comfortable with business development, account management, and order-winning activity
 * Confident communicator with great presentation skills
 * Able to build trust and maintain customer satisfaction
 * Keen to learn and willing to take initiative
