Accurately processing all requests in a timely manner. Proactively resolving any account queries, ensuring customer satisfaction. Ensuring accurate data entry and setup of customer accounts. Support back office in aftersales support and customer care. Qualifications and Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Computer literate with strong excel and outlook skills. Excellent multitasking abilities to manage a high volume of tasks effectively. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high degree of accuracy. Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on delivering positive experiences. Problem-solving skills to efficiently address inquiries and resolve issues.
