Job Title: Assistant Project Manager
Location: Northern Ireland / Travel

Working with a building & fit out company that is successful in various industry sectors, including residential, retail and high end commercial as well as marine fit out. They operate throughout Ireland, UK and Europe.
Great Opportunity to work on multi-million-pound projects.
Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities:
* Report to Project Manager
* Liaising with Clients and Site Foreman daily
* Move up the ranks in the company and take on additional responsibility when asked.
* Plan, organise and co-ordinate projects from start to completion.
* Deal with the client on any issues that may arise.
* Recruit Sub-Contractors.
* Produce and implement project programme of works.
* Collate H&S Information
Required Qualifications/Experience:
* Educated to Degree level with at least 6 months previous experience working in a construction/ manufacturing industry with knowledge of and input into contracts delivery.
* Previous project planning experience
* Good computer literacy including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
* Excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Must be prepared to undertake some travel as part of the role
